First engineer
He is in charge to the proper cunctioning of the machines during the tide and matérial safety. He maintains the ship, it is therefore a key position that requires great multipurpose. The first engineer on the fishing vessel must have multiple skills: on the maintenance of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, refrigerat installations, but also on the electrical networks and on embedded electronics.
The second engineer
He is the right arm of the First engineer. He takes measurements on the various installations. He participates with the boss to the preventive maintenance. He is required to substitute the first engineer during his holidays.
Technic baaderiste
The technical baaderiste his in charge of the maintenance of all the baader machines in the factory. He control the good operation of the pollarding, gutting and the threader. He enssures the quality of the nets and the efficiency of the production.
