First engineer<\/h2>\n

 <\/p>\n

He is in charge to the proper cunctioning of the machines\u00a0 during the tide and mat\u00e9rial safety. He maintains the ship, it is therefore a key position that requires great multipurpose. The first engineer\u00a0on the fishing vessel\u00a0 must have multiple skills: on the maintenance of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, refrigerat installations, but also on the electrical networks and on\u00a0 embedded electronics.<\/p>\n

He is the right arm of the First engineer. He takes measurements on the various installations. He participates with the boss to the preventive maintenance. He is required to substitute the first engineer during his holidays.<\/p>\n

The technical baaderiste his in charge of the maintenance of all the baader machines in the factory. He control the good operation of the\u00a0pollarding, gutting and the threader. He enssures the quality of the nets and the efficiency of the production.<\/p>\n
